His experience spans multimillion-dollar portfolios, concurrent projects, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, risk, quality, change control, and stakeholder governance.

As Founder of In Project LLC, he combines construction project-management experience with project controls and data analytics to improve visibility, decision-making, and project performance. Fifteen years running construction work, then learning to measure it.

The first decade was delivery: budgets, schedules, procurement, and the teams that carry them. What kept repeating was how late a problem became visible. That is why the recent work is analytics — same job, better instruments.
